Your first class at FINAO X is free, so you can experience our coaching, our community, and our performance floor before committing to anything. Whether you’re brand new to training or an experienced athlete, here is what your first visit looks like at our Sandy Springs gym.
Reserving your spot is simple and done online, with no phone call needed. Browse our schedule and choose the class that fits your goal: Full Body for high-energy HIIT, Lower Body, Upper Body, or Abs & Push/Pull for group strength training, Relentless Conditioning for strength and cardio together, Pilates for low impact core work, or Flexibility Training for mobility and movement quality. With classes offered six days a week, you can pick a session that works around your day.

Our gym is located at 6650 Roswell Rd, Suite 48, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Arrive a little early so you can check in, store your belongings in one of our private lockers, and get familiar with the space. Our performance floor is fully equipped, and the gym is small enough that you’ll feel comfortable and never lost in a crowd. Bring comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
Before class begins, your coach will ask about your goals, your experience level, and any injuries or limitations. Our coaches stay involved throughout the session. They track your progress, watch your form, offer corrections, and adjust exercises when something isn’t working. Sharing honest answers at the start helps them coach you properly from the very first minute.
Each class is coach-led and built around a warm up, a main workout, and a strong finish. A typical Full Body session, for example, includes some cardio, some weights, and a little core work at the end. Because FINAO X is a smaller gym, group training feels personal, and your coach can see how you’re moving throughout the class. Every movement can be scaled up or down, so first-timers and competitors train in the same room at a level that fits each of them.
Along with group classes, we also offer private training for athletes who want a coach fully dedicated to them. It starts with a private training assessment, a one-on-one session where your coach looks at your goals, training history, movement quality, and any past injuries. From there, your coach builds a fully customized plan, corrects your form every session, and keeps you accountable to measurable results. If you’d like to train with a friend or partner, ask us about semi-private training too.
When the workout ends, stay a few minutes to talk with your coach. Ask which classes best match your goals, how often you should train each week, and whether one-on-one coaching is right for you. If FINAO X feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through our membership options. There are no long-term contracts, and there’s no pressure to sign up on the spot.
