Group Strength Training to increase muscle, tone, and strength in the upper body!
Midweek Abs & Push/Pull group strength class designed to build core stability and total-body power through balanced pressing and pulling work.

Preston Rogers
This class hits two things most people neglect together: a genuinely strong core, and balanced pressing/pulling strength. Push and pull movements are paired deliberately, so your chest and back, or shoulders and lats, get trained in the same session building strength that stays balanced instead of lopsided. Layered throughout is targeted core work that goes beyond crunches, focusing on the stability your body actually needs to lift heavier and move better everywhere else.
It’s programmed as a midweek reset for your training split a session that reinforces the fundamentals while your bigger lifts (upper body, lower body) happen on other days. You’ll leave with a core that’s noticeably more stable under load, and pressing/pulling strength that supports every other class you take.
Midweek Abs & Push/Pull training four sessions every Wednesday.
